Operations Administrator – Global Operations Team

Job Description

We have a great new opportunity for an Operations Administrator to join one of Jersey’s leading law firms.

 

Key duties will include:

  • Responsible for banking platform operation and ensuring that banks systems and information are kept up to date. To include user set-up, maintenance on banking platforms and timely removal and close down of leavers from the platforms
  • Responsible for the set-up of new starter profiles on various systems
  • Assist with the training of new starters on some of the primary systems
  • Assist the team to ensure a smooth transition of work when we have leavers and ensuring the risk is kept to a minimum
  • Support the maintenance and input of data in our entity administration system
