Our client is seeking an Operations Administrator to support the Audit Operations team and the Audit Operations Manager with all aspects of resourcing for the audit department. Job Duties:
- Respond to queries received in the Audit Operations inbox in accordance with the service level agreement.
- Maintain spreadsheets for monitoring processes.
- Input annual leave requests and training data.
- Update the resourcing planner as per agreed processes.
- Support operational processes related to budgeting and scheduling.
- Assist the Audit Operations Manager with various administrative tasks.
