Onboarding Support Senior Associate at PwC CI LLP

The role plays a crucial part in the day-to-day operations of the Client Lifecycle team in connection with Client and Engagement Acceptance for the BCI firm. The role will be the first point of contact for our Engagement teams when assisting them to onboard clients (excluding KYC), and this team will be the central team to assist with any onboarding queries and help resolve issues across our systems.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of supporting our client-facing teams to use our onboarding systems effectively and efficiently and will have an important part to play in ensuring the quality of the data to assist in accurate management reporting, as well as operational excellence.
