Our client is seeking an Onboarding Manager to lead their Onboarding team to achieve its objectives by setting goals, managing performance, developing and motivating the team to enable a culture of high performance and excellence. You will manage operational risks, ensuring a complete understanding and adherence to the businesses risk management policies and procedures, while acting as centre point of escalation to resolve all client queries and requests. You will oversee and ensure that regular AML reviews are conducted and that required targets of completion are achieved through ensuring that reviews are conducted in line with the Client Take on and Maintenance Manual and that AML/KYC exceptions are granted by Compliance as and when necessary. The successful candidate will have 5+ years' experience within a Compliance role and a professional qualification within this area.
