experience in AML role and diploma level professional Compliance Qualification
motivation and analytical frame of work
genuine desire to work in compliance and a passion for AML matters
strong background and understanding of financial services
knowledge in application of 3 Tier Test and CDD requirements of JFSC AML/CFT/CPF Handbook 
strong understanding of key risk areas and application of EDD
strong admin, interpersonal and organisation skills
team spirit and able to work independently

Exciting opportunity to deliver robust AML/CFT/CPF programme, handling client onboarding relationships and collating CDD and undertaking periodic reviews; providing expert guidance and support to firm and clients on regulatory and AML matters and assisting with AML queries; ensuring continuous compliance with evolving AML/CFT/CPF regulations and analysis on effectiveness of AML solutions; assisting with identification of failures, causes and remedial actions; undertaking initial and ongoing screening checks alongside open-source searches to gain further information and build a stronger client profile; review and escalation of AML matters to Risk Committee; provide AML team training.
