Job Description

This role is responsible for Client and Investor Onboarding and system set up supporting client facing teams, acting as point of reference for Institutional business to answer and resolve onboarding issues/queries; keeping up to date with Regulatory changes; responsible for system set up of client and investor static data, ensuring all data is captured, recorded and accurate in all core platforms; setting up workflows within core systems, performing scrutiny and adversemedia searches; performing Risk assessments and completing client profiles containing SOW/SOF information, verifying client and investor risk ratings; fund investor closing tracking and monitoring; working for successful delivery of Fund investor closures; ensuring appropriate levels of approvals are obtained for highrisk and PEPs; maintaining outstanding documentation logs and chasing clients; performing Periodic reviews for existing client base; managing trigger events on client and investor structures, assessing where additional CDD/KYC may be required; providing MI; meeting team objectives and SLAs; assisting in projects.
Requirements are working towards ideally ICA/AML qualification; experience in an onboarding role desirable; experience working with Private Equity/Real Estate fund structures/Corporate Services; experience in data inputting and workflow management; desirably experience in AML/CDD onboarding and client service delivery; knowledge of current industry AML/CFT handbook legislation and GDPR; solid understanding of source of wealth/source of funds requirements andverification measures; strong communication skills; able to manage conflicting and demanding deadlines and manage workload; client focused and able to work under pressure; team player; flexible; motivated; results driven; strong commitment to client service excellence; proactive and disciplined. 
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
