Officer Services Administrator
Job Description
This exciting 4 month contract, with the potential to become permanent, is to provide support after a merger and ideally the candidate will have health & safety, facility, archiving and work place display equipment experience (Excel knowledge would be advantageous).
Role will work extremely closely with the receptionist. 70% of the role is facilities administration and 30% is reception cover and ADHOC. Duties will include but not limited to maintenance and contracts; spreadsheets updating and processing; ESG Planning – Overseeing the rubbish, waste, Electricity, and general data; archiving (Using Oneil System); covering reception for lunch breaks and holiday cover.
