Officer, Quality Assurance

Our client seeks the ideal candidate to assist with ongoing control programme, assisting with internal control checks to ensure continued quality service and robust controlenvironment; assist in carrying out control assessments to ensure that controls are designed to meet their objective and are operating effectively; provide feedback to the QA Management Team to form recommendations for potential changes to processes and procedures; assist and participate in various projects relating to quality, risk management and compliance initiatives; assist with collation of MIS reporting and feedback.
Candidate must be able to prioritise workloads and work with minimum supervision; ability to work within defined parameters, to tight deadlines and under pressure; good Organisation skills; good team player with flexibility; ability to communicate effectively and concisely; understanding of internal controls and Risk Management andthe application of such in the workplace would be a bonus.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
