• Desire to obtain ICSA Certificate in Offshore Finance and Administration or ACCA• Preferably good understanding of Finance Industry• Ability to be flexible, good attention to detail, and good team player• Ability to multi-task, work accurately, under pressure and within tight deadlines• Good analytical, communication, administrative and numerical skills• Customer Focus – Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
The postholder will support international client base with provision of Fund administration services, administering client portfolios and assuring excellent client service; ensure procedures and compliance adhered to; feedback on client administration issues; ensure team meet KPIs and objectives; develop good understanding of industry, relevant laws and other jurisdictions; maintain effective working relationships; continuously look to improve performance; acquire knowledge of business activities, products and services; maintain expertise in relation to all applicable banking platforms; assist with preparation of payments, minutes and resolutions, checklists, board packs for meetings, , internal reviews and investor capital call and distributions; monitor client bank accounts; undertake projects; maintain client records; maintain high awareness of risk factors and escalate risks; report suspicious transactions/complaints.
