Officer Fiduciary Management
Job Description
The candidate will provide confidential administrative support to members to the Fiduciary Management team, in order to provide excellent client service. This is a Trainee position that would be suitable for someone to start their career in the finance industry with a focus on Trust administration.
You will assist with filing, content manager, meeting pack production, general administration and other regular client support work, including but not limited to, the arrangement of payments, completion of requests in the relevant databases, in order to deliver an efficient client service. You will also support with adhoc administration and reporting, this includes supporting other team members during absences. The position also requires you to provide a first line support service to all clients within the Fiduciary Management team, including the compilation and preparation of letters, emails and faxes
A good command of English to correct punctuation, spelling and grammatical error for correspondence is required together with a flexible approach and be a team player.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with staff members at all levels is required
