Our client is seeking an Officer, Central Authorisations to evaluate and authorise proposed applications and cessations across all areas of our client's business, ensuring they are able to effectively demonstrate achievement of their objectives to reduce risk to the public of financial loss due to dishonesty, incompetence, malpractice or the financial unsoundness of financial service providers. You will recommend and implement improvements to internal working practices and procedures whilst liaising and developing strong relationships with key external stakeholders to improve the quality of applications received. The successful candidate will have a relevant diploma level qualification, an in-depth knowledge of relevant financial services and products and a well-developed understanding of the Jersey and international regulatory standards.
