We are currently seeking on behalf of our client, a well-established provider of fund administration an organised and efficient individual to provide an excellent level of support to three directors as well as assist with the general running of the office.
As a Receptionist/PA duties will include organising travel, arranging internal and client meetings, claiming of expenses processes, providing support in the preparation of business reports, client proposals, and presentations and managing reception while dealing with all visitors on site. Duties as the Office Manager will include taking responsibility for dealing with a range of local suppliers as necessary to meet office needs, acting as a central controller of information relating to holidays, absence, overtime etc, aiding in the induction of new team members and assisting in other projects.
Candidates for this position will have a good amount of general office / PA experience and will be generally happy to help out with what ever needs doing. A high level of IT literacy is required along with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is paramount.
