Job Description

The role holder is required to support the lawyers in the successful running of the business, office and client work. 
Responsibilities Include: 
Reception duties: 
- Answer the telephone and transfer calls or email messages to relevant fee earner. 
Office Administration: 
- Maintain and order office supplied in good time. 
Client work: 
- Ensure the system is kept up to date with all new contacts.
