Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Jersey office. The local team currently consist of 6, and the successful candidate will coordinate the office whilst also providing executive assistant support to the Director of Jersey Operations. In this role, you will:
- Purchase office & kitchen supplies and equipment and maintaining stock levels.
- Research, arrange and prepare documents for travel/accommodation for local. 
- Plan in-office or off-site activities, including restaurant and venue bookings, create agendas etc.
