Job Description

Style Interiors are seeking to recruit and enthusiastic and well organised individual with a high level of attention to detail to fill this varied and challenging role.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Co-ordination of all orders and deliveries from supplier to site
  • Effectively communicating with suppliers and shipping companies
  • Co-ordinating work flow and work order requests for clients
  • General administrative duties
  • Management of contractor insurances and health and safety

Skills required

  • Ability to prioritise demands and deliver objectives 
  • Experience in working with the Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organisational and planning skills, with the ability to problem solve 
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Knowledge or a background in the building industry an advantage but not essential

Applicants should be able to work unsupervised, possess a professional telephone manner and have good levels on numeracy, accuracy and computer skills. Hours can be flexible to suit successful candidate and company requirements.
