Our client is a successful provider of the whole spectrum of services associated with the commercial real estate market. They are looking to recruit an Office & Finance Assistant. The role is to ensure the effective running of the office to include diary management, reception-like duties, travel and meeting arrangements among other administrative tasks. The role holder will also assist the finance team with finance administration and data inputting. A very good MS Office knowledge - primarily Excel, excellent organisation, prioritisation and interpersonal skills are required. Good level of education and ability to deal with various stakeholders of all levels.
We can only accept applicants who hold a local residential qualification or have lived in Jersey continuously for at least last 5 years.
