Job Description

Our client is looking for someone to undertake a full-time, permanent Office Assistant role within an expanding team, to be responsible for assisting with all client administration matters and provide administration support for all Senior and Trust & Company Administrators. No two days are the same within the role, you will need to be organised, detail orientated, and work under your own initiative yet seamlessly with your team towards the completion of team goals and constantly looking for ways to do things better, faster or more efficiently. It is not essential for you to undertake study in this role however, to further your career, you may need to obtain the relevant professional qualifications. You must have effective use and working knowledge of MS suite, systems and relevant software packages.
