Job Description

A new entry-level, contract position, initially covering a 9 month maternity leave, with the opportunity to progress to a permanent role in the form of HR Administrator has become available. The candidate will join a successful and expanding wealth management business, to provide administrative support across the firm and will work closely with the Directors and the broader team, to ensure the smooth running of the Group’s day-to-day operations. Applicants should be able to demonstrate a hardworking and sociable attitude, with the ability to perform well under pressure. An aptitude for juggling changing priorities, an enquiring mind and a sense of humour are also essential.
Duties and Responsibilities will include;

Creating a service culture, providing timely and thorough assistance to colleagues, clients and suppliers
Preparing meeting rooms and greeting visitors
Managing agendas, travel arrangements, as well as external and internal appointments
