Job Description

About the role: The successful candidate will be responsible for our Practice Loyalty Scheme which includes enrolling new clients and cancellations via the portal. Full training will be provided.

The job will also entail phone answering, daily banking's, booking and dealing with client appointments, queries, and prescription requests. It is a busy but interesting working environment for the right candidate and communication skills and attention to detail are a must for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word and Excel)
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• A good phone manner with a cheerful personality
• Ability to get on with people is essential
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work as part of team as well as unsupervised.
