Job Description
We are seeking a part time Office Administrator to cover Parental leave, for a 6 month period initially which may be extended by a further 6 months. To be available to start from 10th July 2023. Core hours of 11-3pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility to cover till 5pm when needed. Main duties:
Input new jobs into our billing system (ArchiOffice), keep our job lists updated; submit planning applications on the planning portal; monitor stationery levels and order when needed; creation of bound reports and folders; front office meet and greet and prepare meeting room as necessary, answer telephones; deliver applications to the relevant departments; monitor stock levels of housekeeping items to facilitate smooth running of the office; other adhoc jobs as needed to support the Practice Manager and Team
