Our international client are seeking to appoint a Office Administrator to provide administrative support to their Trust Accounting Team and Head of Trust Accounting. Your main responsibilities will include the scanning and electronic filing of all incoming documents on a daily basis and the retrieval of trust documentation as and when required.
You will proactively contribute to the data quality of accounting information, participate in additional ad hoc projects and work with their global teams to support the production of client information.
You will join a dynamic and broad-focused Trust Accounting team. The team is dedicated, results oriented, hardworking, proactive, collaborative and engages with multiple senior stakeholders across the business.
Ideally you will have had some previous experience in an administration support role, and have excellent administration and organisation skills, ideally including experience in electronic filing and retrieval of documentation. You will need to be able to manage tasks proactively and independently in order to meet deadlines, and be able to demonstrate a good level of IT skills.
