What We’re Looking For:
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN and JCC Registration
Previous experience in a senior nursing or deputy manager role
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
A compassionate and proactive approach to care
Knowledge of JCC regulations and clinical governance
