Nursery Practioner at La Petite Ecole Nursery

Job Purpose

To support the daily running of the nursery during afternoon hours, ensuring a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children. The role involves assisting with activities, supervising play, and helping maintain high standards of care and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
Support the care and supervision of children aged [insert age range, e.g. 0–4 years]
Assist in delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the nursery’s curriculum
Ensure children’s safety and wellbeing at all times
Help prepare and tidy up after meals, snacks, and activities
Support children with personal care routines (e.g. toileting, handwashing)
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations
Communicate effectively with staff and parents
