The ideal candidate will have:


Team Leading or Management experience.
Level 3 in Early Years Childcare qualifications or equivalent.
Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
Excellent Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding procedures.
Be enthusiastic, passionate, and full of ideas to encourage learning and development.

Be willing to work towards a management qualification with support from an inhouse mentor.
