Night Shift Assistant Baker at Vienna Bakery

The night shift team tends to start work around 8.30-9.30 pm and finish around 4-5 am. Jobs include heavy lifting, weighing and scaling recipes, mixing, handling and shaping dough, baking the bread and also helping the dispatch team with slicing and packing the final products ready for the customer.
