Night Health Care Assistant at Ronceray Retirement Home

Ronceray are seeking to employ night staff to join their team The successful candidate should be experienced in working with those who have dementia however, not essential as training will be provided. The successful candidate will participate in the delivery of quality care to residents in line with the Care Home and JCC standards. You will understand the need to promote privacy, dignity and independence while treating all residents with respect. The successful candidate will be able to communicate and interact well with residents and others whilst demonstrating empathy and understanding. Part time and full time available. RQF desirable 2 - 3
