Night Care Team Leader at Parish of St Helier

As a member of the St Ewold’s Team, this role provides leadership and support to personal care staff, ensuring the residential home runs effectively and compassionately. We’re looking for caring, dedicated people who want to make a real difference to the lives of our residents. Our Night Team Leaders work 24 hours per week, promoting residents’ wellbeing and dignity throughout the night. You’ll help create a warm, supportive environment, assist with care planning, and work closely with residents and their families to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.
