Night Care Assistant at Les Houmets Care Home

We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our Night Duty Team. A level 2 Care Qualification or experience at that level would be an advantage. However, consideration would be given to applicants who demonstrate the ability and willingness to work to achieve that qualification. A kind and compassionate nature is essential for providing care to our older vulnerable residents.
A customised training and development programme would be in place. A good standard of English is essential to ensure safe and effective communication with residents and colleagues. A shift rota is in place which works well for a well balanced home and work life.
