Job Description

Exciting, technical, hands-on role leading team of Technicians to deliver group-wide support including troubleshooting infrastructure issues; systems maintenance, upgrades, new features and implementations, cloud administration and projects; working through all areas of project lifecycle such as requirement-gathering, solution-selection, working with suppliers, testing, final delivery and ongoing support; being innovative with identifying creative solutions; ensuring SLAs, KPIs and processes adhered to; ensuring IT infrastructure designed to support end users and their needs; monitoring performance of network and security resources, using customer feedback; maintaining/updating technical records; analysing incident causes; ensuring quality targets met; ensuring services and products are compliant; defining network and security strategy; creating roadmaps detailing network and security led change.
IT professional qualifications and at least 10 years experience in line with technical infrastructure stack such as Cisco, Aruba, SD-WAN, Solarwinds, HPE, Citrix and Microsoft are required; ability to work in fast moving technical environment; skilled in producing strategies and roadmaps; excellent project management skills, with demonstrable experience of leading complex projects with financial and delivery timescales; high level problem solving, analytical, organisational and communication skills; up to date knowledge of industry standards in network and security; excellent understanding of technical change processes, upgrades, paths and release management; team player; able to work to deadlines and under pressure; able to mentor; motivated and passionate about IT shift to Cloud.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.  This position requires to be filled URGENTLY.
