Multi-Skilled Tradesman at Santos Building and Renovations Limited

We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesman to join our team, working on residential renovations, extensions and general building projects across Jersey.

Applicants should have experience in:
• First- and second-fix carpentry
• Plasterboarding and some plastering
• Groundworks and concrete work
• Basic blockwork and general building
• Property alterations, repairs and finishing work

You must follow instructions, work independently, solve problems and complete work to a high standard. You should be comfortable helping to organise a small team when required, while remaining hands-on.

A driving license is essential. This permanent position of 45 hours per week. Wages depend on skills and experience and a company van may be provided to the right candidate. We want someone reliable, with the right attitude, who wants to grow with the company.
