Our client, a leading provider of fiduciary services has a new opening for an MLRO and MLCO in their compliance team. You will manage all aspects of risk and compliance related functions for entities in the scope of Schedule 2 to the Proceeds of Crime (Jersey) Law.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level and hold the industry recognised ICA Diploma in Compliance or similar along with ten years' regulatory and financial services experience. You will have a strong interpersonal and people management skills, with demonstrated effective communicator and relationship management skills. Good time management and the ability to work under pressure. Be committed and driven to achieving excellence. Preference for holding or having held a key person role as defined by the JFSC. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of an organisation.
