Mental Health Support Workers at LIFELINE CARE GROUP (JERSEY) LTD

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a vital role in promoting the wellbeing, safety, and independence of our service users. You will support individuals in managing their daily routines, encourage positive mental health, and help them to engage in community-based activities.

Your role will include:

Providing emotional and practical support to service users with a range of mental health conditions.

Assisting with personal care, medication, and daily living tasks where required.

Promoting independence and recovery through a person-centred approach.

Supporting service users to manage anxiety, depression, or other mental health challenges.

Accurately recording and reporting care activities and observations.

Working collaboratively with families, health professionals, and the wider Lifeline Care team.
