Mental Health Support Worker at LIFELINE CARE GROUP (JERSEY) LTD

We are seeking compassionate and resilient Mental Health Support Workers to join our dedicated care team. In this role, you will support individuals with mental health conditions to build independence, stability, and confidence in their daily lives. Experience in mental health care is preferred, and relevant training or qualifications (such as a Level 2/3 in Adult Care or Mental Health) are an advantage. We offer time and a quarter pay for unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends, and double pay on bank holidays. Shifts are flexible, including days, nights, and weekends to suit your lifestyle. You will work closely with professionals and families to provide consistent, person-centred care.
