Mental Health Support Worker (24-Hour Sleep-In) at LIFELINE CARE GROUP (JERSEY) LTD

Your set rota will allow you to support adults with mental health needs to live safely and independently in their own homes or supported living. Provide person-centred care, emotional support, medication assistance, help with daily living, meal preparation, personal care, community access, and accurate record keeping. Promote recovery, dignity, choice, and independence while following care plans, safeguarding procedures, and organisational policies. During the sleep-in shift, remain in the clients home overnight, responding promptly to the service users needs and support their needs as required. Build positive relationships with service users, families, and professionals, maintain confidentiality, and report concerns appropriately. Previous care experience is desirable; a caring, reliable, and compassionate approach is essential.
