Mental Health Care Worker at Longfield Villa Care Home

This role will cover Night duty 8pm to 8am working within a small friendlyTeam providing first class autonomous care to 20 adults in a Mental Health residential care home environment. We can offer variable or set nights with a choice of one, two or three nights per week and ideally applicants will hold a minumum of NVQ/RQF Level 2 or be prepared to obtain this award with our support.
Salary dependant on qualifications and experience.
We offer enhanced rates of pay, performance related increments, free on site parking and upon completion of the probationary period a Westfield Healthcare Package.
