Master Grower at Caprica Cultivation Co Ltd

Overseeing all aspects of cannabis cultivation operations, including plant care, breeding programme, nutrient management, pest and disease control, harvesting, budgeting and employees. The role will also be responsible for ensuring that the cultivation facility operates in compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including GMP and GACP.
Working with the Head of Production and Quality Systems Manager to investigate and resolve quality issues, including complaints and deviations.
Leading the pheno-hunting breeding and mother programme and leading the cloning programme to ensure ready supply of production clones with consistent genetics.
Working with the Head of Engineering to define and monitor plant nutrient levels, irrigation and light schedules.
Experience leading a cultivation team in a GMP accredited cannabis cultivation facility is essential.
