Our client, a progressive Trust and Private Office business, is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join their expanding Group Marketing team. This newly created, part-time role is suited for candidates based in either Jersey or London and provides an excellent opportunity for those early in their marketing career to gain hands-on experience across the full marketing spectrum. Job Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including sourcing branded goods, ordering business cards, creating branded PowerPoint templates, and maintaining an up-to-date marketing library.
- Assist in the design and production of corporate materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Draft written and visual content for LinkedIn, maintaining the brand's tone and visual identity.
- Produce monthly LinkedIn reports by compiling analytics data and updating the master spreadsheet for review with the Brand and Marketing Manager.
- Maintain website content by updating vacancies, thought leadership pieces, and staff bio pages.
- Support event logistics, including drafting invitations, managing guest lists, and attending events as needed.
- Coordinate internal newsletters, gathering content, building emails, and distributing to staff.
- Log and track marketing invoices accurately.
- Collaborate with teams across the business, including client-facing teams, finance, compliance, and HR.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, Business Management, or related field.
- Previous experience in a corporate marketing team or recent marketing graduate seeking an entry-level role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp) and experience with design software (Adobe Suite, Canva) is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently.
