Manager, Trust Relationship
Job Description
This great new role is assisting with administration of trusts and company structures, specifically, complex vehicles. The successful candidate will build effective relationships and act as authorised signatory, hold and document client meetings, identify new business opportunities, deal with any issues appearing in MI.
If you have:
-A Finance or Accounting Diploma
-knowledge of companies and trusts administration and in various jurisdictions
-ability to interpret most trust deeds, company memorandum and articles of association/constitutions and associated documents
-ability to understand financial and accounting requirements for trusts and companies
-competent knowledge and understanding of fiduciary risks of structures in multiple jurisdictions
-regulatory awareness
