Capable and enthusiastic Manager required to take the lead in a busy Transfers & Distributions team, ensuring that clients receive a premium service when taking benefits. The successful applicant will assist with management of the team, including coaching and mentoring, being a point of contact for queries and running/analysing reports. You will be required to build strong client relationships, liaising with intermediaries to ensure transactions are completed in a timely manner and to seek legal and tax advice, and will be responsible for responding to client queries.
Strong people management skills are essential, along with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines. Candidates will ideally have experience in Trust/Employee Benefits, and you will need a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
