Manager - Transfers & Distributions
Job Description
The successful candidate will assist with management to include coaching/mentoring with up to 5 direct reports, being a point of escalation for member queries to ensure a premium client service and running/analysing reports for internal commentary and to meet regulatory reporting requirements. He/she will review and oversee team and distribution, transfer, loan, pension payment requests and risk mitigation; maintain and develop relationships with UHNW and HNW individuals with a focus on retention of key clients; ensure transactions are concluded in a timely manner with appropriate paperwork in place; source legal and tax advice and act as main point of contact for advisors; document trustee decision making.
The ideal candidate must have experience in people management; ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure; high level of accuracy and attention to detail; ideally experience in employee benefit/Trusts background; ability to organise and manage multiple priorities using own initiative; passion for delivering exceptional client service.
