Job Description

Our client is seeking a dedicated Manager for the Transfers and Distributions team within the Employer Solutions division. This permanent, hybrid role focuses on delivering exceptional service to plan members and overseeing a team responsible for handling benefit distributions. Job Duties:

  • Oversee and review all distribution, transfer, loan, and pension payment requests.
  • Mitigate risks within the team and ensure adherence to processes.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with UHNW and HNW individuals, focusing on client retention.
  • Liaise with intermediaries to conclude transactions efficiently, ensuring all necessary paperwork is in place.
  • Source legal and tax advice as needed and act as the main point of contact for advisors.
  • Respond promptly to participant queries and provide regular client updates.
  • Document trustee decision-making and maintain regular communication with other Employer Solutions teams.
  • Conduct regular one-to-one meetings with direct reports, providing feedback and support.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual, statutory, and company policy obligations.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in people management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience in employee benefits or trusts is desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional client service.
