A driven and experienced Manager is sought to lead client engagements and support the continued growth of a high-performing Risk, Regulation & FinTech Advisory team. The role involves managing project teams and delivering tailored solutions across a range of financial services clients, with a focus on regulatory change, financial crime, fintech implementation, operating model transformation, and risk management. Key responsibilities include overseeing project delivery and client relationships, developing proposals, supporting strategic initiatives, and contributing to the growth of the advisory offering. The position also involves coaching junior team members and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. Experience in financial services and professional consulting is preferred, ideally with exposure to anti-financial crime regulations, risk and compliance frameworks, and core financial services technologies. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, PRINCE2, Agile, or risk and compliance certifications are advantageous, as is familiarity with tools like Power BI, Salesforce, or Alteryx.
