Our client is seeking an RICS qualified Real Estate Valuer to join their growing team in order to help provide additional bandwidth and facilitate growth of their real estate centre. You'll have the opportunity to work on a range of client engagements and a number of other teams. Alongside this, a significant proportion of your time would be spent supporting our client's audit practice in relation to the review of real estate valuations as an expert role in the preparation of financial statements. You will also carry out reviews of real estate asset valuations in support of audit, tax, dispute and transaction purposes. The successful candidate will be RICS qualified, or similar, have good knowledge of commercial and real estate markets and a working knowledge of real estate valuation software e.g. Argus Enterprise and Argus Developer.
