Manager, Real Estate | SPV Services
Location: Jersey (Channel Islands) | Mon–Fri, 35 hours | Permanent, Hybrid
Job Summary
We’re seeking a Manager to join our Jersey SPV Services team, overseeing the administration of real estate structures (JVs, funds, long-term asset vehicles). You’ll manage a portfolio of complex, diverse, high-value clients across sectors such as office, retail, industrial, hospitality, residential, and development.
The role blends technical expertise, client relationship management, and team leadership to deliver high-quality corporate and fiduciary services, while supporting operational improvements and team growth.
Requirements
ICSA/STEP/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with strong experience in fiduciary/corporate, funds or real estate administration, Jersey regulatory knowledge, and proven client and team management skills.
