Job Description

This is a great role with various sides to it, including drafting and reviewing SLAs and KPIs, new business set up and take on process, review of fund documents and launch of new funds, and implementation of procedures; fund administration: overseeing client services, managing a team, ensuring regulatory reports and notifications made correctly, liaising with Stock Exchanges and ensuring statutory returns made correctly, reviewing payment instructions, acting as key client contact, overseeing fund cash management, managing investment proposals for fund acquisitions against fund investment criteria, continuous review of procedures, and assisting with training; managing and attending board meetings, AGMs and EGMs and reviewing agendas, board packs, reports and minutes; controlling delivery of investor reporting  and schedules and investor notices; managing investor queries; overseeing information uploaded in investor portal; approving changes to investor static data and maintaining databases.
The successful candidate will have private equity experience; excellent delegation, communication, problem solving and time management skills; able to prioritise and work to deadlines; accuracy with attention to detail; excellent awareness of commercial and risk management based client solutions; excellent working knowledge of fund structures and fund cash flows, fund regulation and corporate governance and various types of PE transactions; experience in people management; full/part qualified/studying towards ICSA/ACCA/ACA/similar; good team player.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
