Job Description

Exciting role managing and developing team of Administrators working on varied, fast paced and energetic portfolio of clients and delivering bespoke client services.  Postholder will ensure team comply with policies and that KPIs are monitored and met; ensure team have technical & commercial awareness; build relationships with team and clients; identify cross-sell opportunities and services; manage work in progress, billing, fee collection and staff productivity; meet business targets; maintain risk awareness; assist with the client acceptance process; maintain data integrity; identify emerging risks; identify and manage client expectations and needs; ensure consistent quality service.
Requirements are a professional qualification recognised by the JFSC; excellent understanding and experience of offshore trust and company administration; proven knowledge of appropriate Jersey legislation and regulation; compliance, risk and audit awareness; analysis, organisation, communication, presentation and problem solving skills; ability to motivate team, initiate and manage change; able to prioritise in fast paced workplace; experience in managing and/or assisting in management of team; able to delegate, coach and mentor; desirably business development experience, broad knowledge of other fiduciary services and strong negotiating skills.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
