Manager - Private Client Services

This role for a Manager in the Private Client Services will be reporting to the Associate Director.
Role responsibilities:
- Ensure the team administers their client portfolios to a high standard in accordance with the Office Procedures Manual and that all work is undertaken and completed in a      timely manner
- Review the teams billing and monitoring of debt collection
- Implement agreed strategies by developing project plans to meet objectives in conjunction with the senior management team and ensure their delivery, operational              effectiveness and compliance with intended objectives
- Manage operational risks in accordance with the Company’s professional standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring a complete understanding and adherence to the    businesses risk management policies and procedures
You must be qualified and hold either ISCA or STEP
