As a manager in the Transformation team you will support the governance and delivery tracking of all key change programmes, being responsible for the creation and management of the detailed change runway, ensuring there is a coordinated and joined up view of activity across all channels - meaning you'll work closely with key senior managers within the organisation managing the VSIP portfolio of Change, including tracking and management of the IT Change the Bank (CTB) budget, ensuring all Tracking of end-to-end project costs. The candidate will have proven experience within a Change and PMO environment and experience of creating and deploying comprehensive business/operating plans which consistently deliver desired results.
