Job Description

This role manages 5 direct reports and assists Senior Manager on deal execution such as RCF establishment and renewals and new Jersey entity establishment.  Duties involve ensuring share and interest changes reflected correctly and new entities entered on Viewpoint; admin leading on Board meetings; overseeing processing and payment of received invoices and accruing costs at key reporting periods; approving invoices and payments through online payment system; overseeing processing of Deal and NCL related agreements and transfer of interest; ensuring reports and fund operations communications are distributed; ensuring documents uploaded to Intralinks; overseeing efront contacts, entities and transfers are entered/ managed; payroll processing; Jersey and UK; director support; managing Strategic Person Vehicles onboarding; IT management of STS system; management of SimpleLegal cost gathering system; overseeing FATCA and CRS reporting process.
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF proficiency is required, as well as experience with online banking platforms and Fund Management systems such as efront.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
