Fantastic opportunity to join an independent, owner-managed Trust company in the role of Operations Manager. The successful candidate will provide operational oversight and support to the operations team, Board, Committees and Departments in meeting their strategic goals whilst ensuring smooth and efficient business processes, and maintaining continuous improvements in policy and procedure. This will include project work, reporting, record keeping and working to improve the database. You will also manage staff, set performance goals and undertake appraisals.
Applicants must have at least six years experience in the Jersey Trust industry, or a similar operational role, with previous management experience and a strong understanding of Jersey trust, company, foundation and limited partnership law. You will need to be a collaborative team player, with a proactive approach, the motivation to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
